What should I bring to my first appointment?

Bring a valid ID (Aadhar), previous medical or eye reports, prescribed glasses, and insurance details. Bring an escort if undergoing dilation or surgery.

Are walk-ins accepted?

Yes, walk-ins are accepted, but appointments are recommended to reduce waiting time. For surgeries, an appointment is mandatory.

Can I access a copy of my patient file records?

Yes, registered patients can request a duplicate copy free of charge by contacting the helpline with UHID number. Shared only once to registered contacts.

Does Prosight Eye Hospital accept insurance & cashless treatments?
